Knole Academy in Sevenoaks is seeking a dedicated and calm supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our Internal Isolation Room.
Hours and Salary
- 2 days per week – Monday and Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, 14.5 hours per week.
- Term time: 38 weeks plus one week.
- Aletheia Academies Trust Grade E: £10,007 – £10,614 per annum (actual salary).
- Full-time equivalent: £29,167 – £30,934.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Internal Isolation Room.
- Maintain a positive and purposeful environment for pupils in isolation.
- Support pupils in reflecting on their behaviour.
- Ensure meaningful learning continues during isolation.
- Maintain accurate behaviour records.
- Liaise with teaching staff and provide guidance to pupils.
- Support wider pastoral and safeguarding commitments.
