The Role

We're looking for a hardworking, reliable and proactive Labourer / General Operative to join our growing team.

You'll support our skilled tradespeople, keep sites running smoothly, and get stuck into general site duties.

We want someone who takes pride in their work, thinks for themselves, and keeps things moving without needing to be told what to do every five minutes.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Assisting tradespeople with day-to-day tasks
  • Preparing work areas and keeping the site clean and tidy
  • Loading, unloading and moving materials
  • Carrying out demolition, strip-out and clearance work
  • Helping with fire, flood and escape of water reinstatement projects
  • Protecting clients' properties and keeping housekeeping standards high
  • Using hand and power tools safely
  • Spotting what needs doing and getting on with it
  • Helping with deliveries, collections and site logistics
  • Working professionally in occupied homes
  • What You'll Need
  • At least 1 year of construction experience, 3 years would be preferable
  • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude, must be dependable, punctual and hardworking
  • Good awareness of construction sites and site safety
  • Physical fitness and a willingness to do manual work
  • A full UK driving licence with own transport (essential)
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel around Surrey, Sussex, Kent and nearby areas
  • CSCS card preferred
