About the Role

We are looking for an organised, customer-focused Event Sales Executive to join our team.

You will be responsible for managing enquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and supporting clients throughout the event booking process.

Working closely with internal teams, you will help deliver a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets and ensuring events are planned efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to event enquiries by telephone, email, and in person.
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and event packages tailored to customer requirements.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while meeting agreed sales targets.
