We are looking for a Sales Lead/Commercial Leader to join a well-funded startup at the beginning of its sales journey with a direct line to the CEO and the chance to help shape how the team is built from the ground up.
The company is building the infrastructure that powers global product launches for chemical companies and manufacturers. Their platform uses AI to automate compliance, data, and documentation, helping companies get to market faster, safer, and smarter.
They have big plans for 2026 and beyond, and we’re excited to be helping them grow the team and looking for an ambitious candidate with a proven track record of success as a Sales Development Representative, Account Executive and Sales Lead.
Key Responsibilities- 70% of the time selling
- 30% of the time working as a Sales/Commercial Lead
- Insight-driven sales reporting, forecasting, and performance improvements
- Implement a proven sales methodology and be able to coach/forecast with it
- Manage your pipeline and sales activity, producing clear and accurate forecasts
- Exceed revenue targets and work closely with internal teams to execute a successful go-to-market strategy
- Provide ongoing enablement, coaching, training and product knowledge, ensuring the team is equipped to sell confidently and consistently
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR
- 2-3 years of experience as an AE
- 1 year+ of being a Sales Manager/Lead
- Implementation of sales processes/playbook
- Has been on the journey of £1m-£10m before
- Stay on top of CRM hygiene and implement KPIs
- Follows a proven sales methodology and can coach it to people
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays to ensure you have the time you need to relax and recharge
- Standard Working Hours: 9am - 6pm, with flexibility to ensure work-life balance
- Pension Scheme with Smart Pension, with 3% from us, 1% from you

- Initial Screening (30 mins) - Head of People & Talent
- Sales Overview & Task (45 mins) - CEO
- Onsite Final (1 hour) - CTO & CEO & Meeting the team
- Salary - experience dependent, £140k-£180k OTE
- Hybrid Working: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday are onsite in Camden
