We're looking for SDRs to join a well-funded startup at the beginning of its sales journey with a direct line to the CEO and the chance to help shape how outbound is done from the ground up.
They are building the infrastructure that powers global product launches for manufacturers. Their platform uses AI to automate compliance, data, and documentation, helping companies get to market faster, safer, and smarter.
They have big plans for 2025 and beyond, and we’re excited to be helping them grow the team and looking for ambitious candidates with a proven track record of success.
The Opportunity
You’ll be the driving force behind new business growth, creating, qualifying, and developing high-value opportunities across multiple sectors. This is their first few sales hires, and the idea is to initially maximise founder sales impact through adding pipeline support and then build a process on top of this where the SDRs can then step into full sales roles.
What you’ll do
- Work with the Founder - no layers, no red tape.
- Lead targeted outbound campaigns and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and position a proven, industry-leading solution that genuinely impacts clients.
- Help shape the new business playbook and influence how sales are done from day one.
What They’re Looking For
You’re not a spray-and-pray prospector; you care about quality conversations and understanding the client’s world. You know how to:
- 1 year of experience in outbound sales.
- Craft messaging that resonates, not annoys.
- Research and find the right people in target accounts.
- Build trust, uncover pain points, and open doors to meaningful meetings.
Why Join
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays to ensure you have the time you need to relax and recharge.
- Standard Working Hours: 9am - 6pm, with flexibility to ensure work-life balance.
- Pension Scheme with Smart Pension, with 3% from us, 1% from you.
- Learning & Development: We invest in your growth.
- Equity.
Interview Process
- Initial Screening (30 mins) - Head of People & Talent.
- Sales Overview & Task (45 mins) - CEO.
- Onsite Final (1 hour) - CTO & CEO & Meeting the team.
Compensation
Salary - £40,000 - £45,000 base + £10k-£15k commission (up to £55-60k OTE).
Hybrid Working: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday are onsite in Camden.
