Your Responsibilities.
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Introduce products and provide recommendations to customers.
- Actively engage with customers and help increase sales.
- Process payments and operate the till.
- Replenish stock and keep displays organised and attractive.
- Maintain a clean and tidy retail space.
- Check stock levels and report low-stock items to the manager.
- Follow daily store procedures and company standards.
- Support the team during busy periods.
What We’re Looking For.
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable approaching customers and making product recommendations.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Must be available to work some weekends and bank holidays.
