Our client is an award winning architectural practice with a highly experienced team creating high-performance, design-led solutions throughout Kent, Sussex and London for residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and educational schemes. Supported by strong technical capability and sector expertise, they incorporate both traditional and modern construction techniques to achieve high quality solutions for all projects that typically range in value from £100k to £50m, providing a dynamic range of scale and complexity for their team.

What They're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience within a UK based architectural practice
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience producing RIBA Stage 2, 3 and 4 packages
  • Excellent communication and workload management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
