A growing, privately-owned bespoke residential developer is looking to appoint a Technical Manager to join their team. This role is open to Senior Technical Coordinators looking to step up, offering autonomy and the opportunity to lead and grow your own team. You will be responsible for delivering traditional, low-rise residential projects to the highest standards, overseeing technical delivery from design through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate design consultants and technical approvals across multiple projects
- Lead CDM and design meetings, ensuring programmes are delivered on time
- Oversee the quality and accuracy of technical drawings and project information
- Collaborate with site, commercial, and land teams to support seamless project delivery
- Ensure compliance with planning, Building Regulations, NHBC, S106 agreements, and other statutory requirements
