A well-established residential developer is looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to join their growing technical team, supporting several traditional build residential developments across Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable developer working under an experienced Technical Manager on a range of quality housing schemes, offering strong career development and flexible hybrid working.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating design information across multiple residential projects
  • Managing external consultants and supporting the Technical Manager
  • Reviewing technical drawings and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
  • Assisting with planning conditions, building control and technical approvals
  • Supporting projects through pre-construction and delivery phases
  • Managing RFIs, technical queries and utility coordination

Suitable candidates will ideally have previous experience working for a residential developer or main contractor in a Technical Coordinator or similar role, with exposure to traditional build housing schemes. Up to £55,000 plus package, alongside flexible working and long-term progression opportunities within a stable and growing business.
