The main purpose of this role is to coordinate external design consultants, discharging planning conditions, obtaining building control approvals and overseeing drawings. Responsible to the Senior Technical Manager responsibilities will include: Obtaining Technical Drawings Gaining approvals Brief and drive the external consultants Prepare Technical Specifications in line with requirements * Attend site progress meetings Ideal applicants will be confident liaising with external bodies such as Councils and NHBC. Successful individuals will possess a detailed Construction knowledge and an, up to date understanding of Building
