Overview
Technical Architect or Senior Architectural Technician β Central London. Our client has 50 years of multi-sector experience delivering pragmatic, high-quality architecture across 3 offices. With expertise spanning student accommodation, aviation, industrial, and residential, they simplify complex ideas while staying mindful of cost, time, and their client\βs goals. They operate across all RIBA work stages, collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and consultants. They are a team of 55+ professionals regularly leading design delivery on projects up to 100 million in value, both in the UK and internationally. They are now looking for someone with detailing and specification writing experience who is experienced in principal designer, Building Safety Act activities, Gateway 2 submission experience and has contractual awareness, and strong project management skills across RIBA 3-5.
