With expertise spanning student accommodation, aviation, industrial, and residential, they simplify complex ideas while staying mindful of cost, time, and their client\’s goals. They operate across all RIBA work stages, collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and consultants. They\’re team of 55+ professionals regularly leads design delivery on projects up to £100 million in value, both in the UK and internationally. They are now looking for someone with detailing and specification writing experience who is experienced in principal designer, Building Safety Act activities, Gateway 2 submission experience and has contractual awareness, and strong project management skills across RIBA 3-5.
