This developer has a very solid workflow, a strong pipeline of projects and ambitious growth plans. They have a number of active projects within the Southern Home Counties and a healthy pipeline of new Residential build and require a strong leader to execute the developments Senior Technical Coordinator/Manager – experience BTEC HND/HNC in Design, construction or Civil Engineering Minimum of 5 experience working within a technical management/coordination role within a residential house builder Solid experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Outlook, Excel
