A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architectural Technician to join a residential developer supporting the delivery of high-quality housing schemes in the Surrey area. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the technical design process, working across projects from planning through to construction.
The business is known for delivering well-designed, sustainable developments and is seeking an experienced technologist who can produce detailed technical information, coordinate consultants, and support the wider team to ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Producing working drawings and construction details in line with planning approvals
- Coordinating technical information to ensure designs are buildable and cost-effective
- Managing drawing issues in line with project programmes
- Preparing and issuing drawing revisions and variation orders
- Coordinating external consultants and reviewing their outputs
- Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and NHBC requirements
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
