About the Role
Knightwood Associates are working with a reputable residential developer to appoint a Senior Site Manager for a major 250-unit housing development in Rugby. This is a large-scale, mixed-tenure scheme including both private sale and affordable housing, requiring an experienced manager comfortable delivering high-volume output on a fast-paced site.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all site operations and build stages
- Managing subcontractors and direct labour
- Driving health & safety compliance across the site
- Maintaining programme, quality, and presentation standards
