RC Frame & Façade Manager - South East London Salary: Up to £70,000 + Package We are currently recruiting for an experienced RC Frame & Façade Manager to join a well-established residential developer on a major development in South East London. The scheme consists of approximately 700 residential units across 3 blocks, reaching up to 17 storeys, with construction running through to 2029. With the site team expanding in the New Year, this is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project with a reputable developer. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the delivery of RC frame and façade packages. Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered in line with programme. Monitoring quality, health & safety and progress on site. Coordinating trades and resolving technical or construction issues. Working closely with the wider site management team to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements: Previous experience managing RC frame and façade packages on large-scale residential developments. Strong understanding of high-rise residential construction. Experience working for a residential developer or main contractor. Excellent subcontractor management and organisational skills. Relevant CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.
