An established, high-volume UK residential developer is looking to appoint an Engineer to join its Technical team in Buckinghamshire.
The Role
You'll support the Technical Director and wider team in the delivery of multiple residential developments, ensuring all engineering information is accurate, commercially viable, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering information between consultants and internal teams
- Review drawings and technical details for accuracy and buildability
- Secure technical approvals for S38 and S104 agreements
- Liaise with local authorities, highways, and drainage departments
- Support statutory approvals and engineering design submissions
- Attend site visits and design meetings to resolve technical issues
- Provide ongoing engineering support to site teams
About You
- Background in a PLC housebuilder or civil engineering/highways environment
- Experience with S38 and S104 approvals is essential
- HNC/HND or degree in Engineering/Construction-related discipline
- Strong communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- AutoCAD experience desirable
- Full UK driving licence
