This long-term development focuses on delivering new homes alongside green spaces, community infrastructure and sustainable design, offering a stable project environment and excellent career prospects.\\n\\nResponsibilities include:\\n\\nManaging and maintaining the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) using Viewpoint / 4Projects.\\nSetting up, organising and maintaining project files across all stages of the development.\\nHandling the receipt, distribution and filing of consultant and contractor documentation.\\nActing as the key point of contact between Head Office and Site teams for all document control matters.\\nCreating, issuing, filing and tracking variations, drawings and technical information.\\n Ideal candidates will have proven Document Controller experience within residential development, construction or consultancy, with strong hands-on knowledge of Viewpoint / 4Projects.
