A well-established residential developer is looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support their infrastructure team. The role will initially involve assisting with the procurement of five major infrastructure packages with a combined value of circa £100m, including earthworks, new roads, footbridges and water diversions. Following this phase, you’ll support the commercial management and procurement of logistics parks and distribution centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with tendering and procurement

About You:

  • Background with a housebuilder, developer or infrastructure contractor
