As a result of their continued growth, our client is currently in the market for an experienced Senior Technical Manager to be site-based heading up a new high quality mixed-use development comprising of almost 5000 new homes:
As a Senior Technical Manager, responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing and growing a technical team
- Responding to site queries
- Resolving technical and construction problems
- Attending and chairing site meetings
- Liaison with internal and external consultants
- Carrying out site inspections
- Reporting to the Senior Directors of the business
