Overview
I\’m working with a national PLC developer who is looking for a Finishing Foreman to join their team in Hertfordshire.
The essentials:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 2 months (potential for extension – multi-phased project)
- Rate: £225 per day CIS (£25 per hour, 9 hours per day)
The role
- Creating and managing snag lists for both private and HA units
- Sending emails to subcontractors to request completion of outstanding items
- Ensuring all final works are closed out to a high standard
Who we need
- A Finishing Foreman with proven experience on new build residential schemes
- Someone organised, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with site teams and subcontractors
- Current CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are ideal, CSCS as a minimum
