A leading 5β housebuilder is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a large, multi-phase residential development in the Colchester area.
The Role
You will support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring high standards of build quality, health & safety, and programme delivery, while coordinating subcontractors and preparing plots for inspection and handover.

- Experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential housebuilding
- Strong knowledge of NHBC standards
- SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
