A leading residential developer is seeking a Technical Manager to join their team delivering a landmark residential scheme at The Oval. Known for high-quality, design-led projects, the business focuses on creating exceptional new homes with a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and sustainability.
As Technical Manager, you will oversee the coordination and delivery of all technical information across the development. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing consultants
- Ensuring engineering and architectural information is issued on schedule
- Securing technical approvals
