A leading UK construction and regeneration business is seeking a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager to support a growing portfolio of projects across Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire.
Working across residential, commercial and education schemes, you will coordinate the design process from pre-construction through to delivery, managing consultants, reviewing technical information and ensuring designs are delivered in line with programme requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager within a main contractor environment
- Strong technical and construction knowledge
- Experience delivering residential, commercial or education projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
