We're currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a large-scale, traditional build residential development. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established housebuilder on a temp-to-perm basis, with the chance to secure a permanent position on a long-term project within a busy region.
The Role:
- Working alongside the Site Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Supporting site operations across a busy new build housing development.
- Managing subcontractors and trades on site.
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Assisting with quality control and inspections.
- Monitoring progress against programme and reporting updates.
- Helping to ensure plots are completed to handover standard.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential new build.
- Strong knowledge of traditional build housing.
- Valid SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.
Availability: Must be available immediately or within 1 week's notice.
