Knightwood Associates Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Land & Property Maintenance Operative to keep sites clean, safe and well maintained. This hands-on role rewards practical, reliable individuals who can manage their own workload and time.
You will maintain grounds, cut vegetation, check site safety, install and monitor CCTV and alarms, and coordinate with other departments. Permanent, full-time hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm; a company van is provided.
