Position Overview
Supported by strong technical capability and sector expertise, they incorporate both traditional and modern construction techniques to achieve high‑quality solutions for projects ranging in value from £100k to £50m, providing a dynamic range of scale and complexity for the team.
What They’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a UK‑based architectural practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft 365
- Experience producing RIBA Stage 2, 3 and 4 packages
- Excellent communication and workload management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
