We are partnering with a leading UK residential developer to appoint a Senior Site Manager for a major, multi-phase traditional build housing development in the Marlow area. This is a flagship 5-year project with long-term pipeline, offering exceptional career stability and progression.

As Senior Site Manager, you will operate as the No.2 to an experienced Project Manager, taking responsibility for driving build quality, programme, health & safety, and day-to-day site operations across a key phase of the development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager with daily site leadership across a high-volume, multi-phase residential scheme
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, and logistics to maintain programme and quality standards
  • Ensure all health & safety protocols are adhered to and proactively managed
  • Coordinate with technical, commercial, and customer care teams
  • Oversee QA processes, snagging, and handovers
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and NHBC

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager or strong Site Manager ready to step up
  • Experience on traditional build housing (developer or main contractor)
  • Strong organisational and people management skills
  • Solid health & safety and QA knowledge
  • Able to manage fast-paced, high-quality residential delivery
  • Ambitious, proactive, and confident working as No.2 to a Project Manager
