An exceptional Commercial Design Manager is sought to join a well-established international contractor, working on the development of a commercial project in Central London. Our client has a varied portfolio with large-scale projects across a wide range of sectors providing plenty of opportunity for the successful candidate to further diversify their knowledge and experience.

The Design Manager will oversee projects in their entirety with involvement from tender to completion. This role requires a technically astute individual with a proven track‑record of delivering new build Commercial projects on site. Confidence working in a client‑facing role, experience in cut & carve and knowledge of PCSA is preferable.

Ideal candidates will be conversant in current building regulations and come from either a Contractor or Developer. A minimum architectural qualification of RIBA/ARB/MCIAT or HND/C in construction is required combined with a stable career history. This could also be a great opportunity for someone in architecture who has experience in cut and carve commercial schemes to make the switch.

A basic salary of up to £95k plus package is on offer for the right candidate.
