Senior Architectural Technologist.
Permanent position. London. Excellent Salary
Our client is a leading international architectural and interiors practice with extensive experience across a broad range of building types in the private and public sectors. They are creative, design-led and committed to developing sustainable, cost-effective solutions for their clients who include a broad base of leading residential developers and institutions.
They now have a new opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join them in their London office to work on landmark, mixed-use, large-scale residential schemes.
Key Skills, responsibilities and accountabilities include:-
At least 5 years post qualification industry experience of multi-unit residential schemes
Experience of RIBA Stages 4 and 5
Good British Building Regulations knowledge.
Experience of working on a complex Revit model and coordinating with colleagues and consultants
Excellent communication skills, an effective and efficient team player
Liaise with contractor and specialist trade contractors
Organised, proactive, and self-disciplined with ability to take initiative.
