Qualifications
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within Main Contracting
- Alternatively, experience delivering packages into Tier 1 contractors on London high rise schemes for a specialist subcontractor
- Good commercial awareness and contract knowledge
- Understanding of JCT forms of contract is essential
- Confident communication and relationship‐building skills
