Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering high-quality residential developments? Our client – a leading 5-star housebuilder is launching a 300-unit flagship site and looking for a proven leader to take the reins.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected national developer on a brand-new scheme from inception to handover, with full autonomy and support from a stable, well-structured regional team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle of a 300-unit new build site (predominantly traditional build)
Manage site-based teams including Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and NHBC regulations
Monitor progress against programme and report regularly to senior leadership
Coordinate with technical, commercial, and sales departments
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and uphold the 5* customer service reputation
About You
We\’re seeking an experienced and ambitious Project Manager with:
Proven experience leading large-scale residential developments (150+ units ideally)
Strong knowledge of traditional build methods and NHBC standards
A background with reputable housebuilders, preferably 5*
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White Card), First Aid qualifications
A hands-on approach with the ability to manage complex projects confidently
