Our client is one of the UK's largest interdisciplinary design practices, specialising in housing, mixed-use developments and urban regeneration. Due to a growing portfolio they have an opportunity within their award-winning team. We're looking for a project-leading Technical Architect or Architectural Technologist with strong Revit skills to join their thriving Architecture team, focusing on recladding and refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities and experience:

  • Manage a team and build client relationships.
  • Technical knowledge including detailing for facades and specification writing (NBS Chorus).
  • Write fee proposals and work autonomously.
  • Experience in refurbishment and recladding projects, with an interest in retrofit.
