We're looking for a project-leading Technical Architect or Architectural Technologist with strong Revit skills to join their thriving Architecture team, focusing on recladding and refurbishment projects.
Responsibilities and experience:
- Manage a team and build client relationships.
- Technical knowledge including detailing for facades and specification writing (NBS Chorus).
- Write fee proposals and work autonomously.
- Experience in refurbishment and recladding projects, with an interest in retrofit.
