My client is a specialist contractor delivering high end Italian manufactured bathroom pods into major high rise residential developments across London. They are looking to appoint 1 x Construction Manager and 1 x Assistant Construction Manager to support installation packages on large schemes.
Details of the roles:
- London project locations
- Typical site hours 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Full training provided
- Interviews commencing 30th March 2026
Responsibilities:
- Managing delivery and installation of modular bathroom pods (6-12 at a time)
- Supervising installation teams on busy residential sites
- Managing snagging, remediation works and programme delivery
- Liaising with main contractors and site management teams
- Ensuring safe and efficient installation on large high rise schemes
Construction Manager:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Construction Manager role
- Experience on modular build projects OR working for subcontractors delivering packages to main contractors
- Ideally experience working in an Assistant site management role on modular projects or for subcontractors delivering packages to Main Contractors
For both roles:
- Background in construction engineering/M&E/plumbing or similar beneficial
- Experience on large construction sites or high rise projects is beneficial
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- CSCS card required
