We're working with a leading residential developer looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Milton Keynes commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial management of two traditional build housing developments, reporting directly into the Commercial Manager.

This role would suit an established residential QS who is comfortable taking ownership of their projects and managing the full commercial process from procurement through to final accounts.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Commercial management of two residential developments
  • Subcontractor procurement and management
  • Cost reporting and forecasting
  • Valuations and payments
  • Managing variations and controlling project costs
  • Working closely with site and commercial teams
  • Reporting into the Commercial Manager

What we're looking for:

  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within housebuilding
  • Traditional build residential experience is essential
