We are working with a well-established, privately owned housebuilder delivering a major residential partnership development of circa 300 units who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to take responsibility for one of the key blocks on site.
The Role:
As Senior Site Manager, you will lead all on-site operations for your block, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the build from façade/external envelope through to full internal fit-out
- Overseeing subcontractors across multiple trades and packages
- Driving programme and sequencing of works in line with overall site strategy
- Maintaining high standards of H&S, quality control, and site presentation
- Coordinating with commercial, technical and design teams
- Managing inspections, sign-offs, and compliance (NHBC / Building Control)
- Leading snagging, finishing, and handover phases
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on multi-storey residential projects
- Strong background in RC frame construction (essential)
- Experience delivering externals and internal fit‑out packages on high‑rise schemes
- Confident managing large subcontractor teams and complex logistics
- Strong understanding of building regulations, fire safety, and quality standards in apartment construction
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), First Aid
