They are developing a Building Regulations Principal Designer (BRPD) capability to support large‑scale residential and mixed‑use developments, as well as later‑life, care, workspace and film studio projects. Projects include new build, retrofit and adaptive reuse of HRB and non‑HRB buildings.
The BRPD role centres on planning, managing, coordinating, and monitoring Building Regulations compliance. Candidates may include experienced technical architects or architectural technologists, those with a design‑management or plans‑checking background, or individuals who have delivered Principal Designer services under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
Key responsibilities include:
