We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager on behalf of our client, a 5* housebuilder with an excellent reputation in the industry, primarily building in the Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire areas.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will work alongside a Site Manager on a busy traditional build project. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the project is completed within the build programme.
- Managing all aspects of the construction process, including quality control, health & safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Delivering the project within budget while maintaining the developer's high-quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
Suitable candidates will have experience in the above responsibilities and have previously worked for an established housebuilder. A trade background or industry-related qualification is preferred. Essential certifications include a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificate.
