We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-respected, busy housebuilder who is looking to bring an Assistant Site Manager on board for a brand-new traditional build housing development in Kings Lynn. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a strong reputation for quality homes and a healthy pipeline of work across Norfolk and surrounding areas. You'll be joining from the early stages of the build, supporting the Site Manager in driving progress on a fast-paced, multi-plot development.

Role Overview:

  • Support the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations
  • Help oversee trades and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently
  • Assist with health & safety compliance and quality control
  • Maintain accurate site records and support progress reporting
  • Be a visible and proactive presence on site, problem-solving and driving standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor on residential new builds
  • Solid understanding of traditional build methods
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS
