Overview: Our client has a great opportunity for a talented Architectural Technologist or Architectural Assistant to join their award winning architectural practice. Working across a broad range of project sectors, they offer both planning and technical services to their clients, delivering from inception to completion. This vacancy is focused on strengthening the delivery team for schemes across a diverse range of sites, of 10 to 1,000 residential units for leading developers and housing associations.
Key Responsibilities, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate will have expertise working on RIBA stages 4 and 5 for new build residential projects.
- Assist in the construction documentation and detailing for residential, commercial, light industrial and education schemes.
- Strong understanding of the British Building Regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highly proficient AutoCAD skills and Revit is beneficial.
