Knightwood Associates Limited in Essex is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of multiple residential schemes across Essex, Hertfordshire and North London. You will procure and manage subcontract packages, report costs, valuations and forecasts, and work closely with site, technical and buying teams to keep projects within budget.
The role is office and site-based in Essex with travel to developments; RC Frame experience is essential and no hybrid working.
