This is a pivotal role within a busy regional office, supporting the sales function by ensuring the smooth progression of every property sale from reservation through to legal completion.
We're looking for a highly organised individual with previous experience working for a new homes developer, who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and understands the importance of meeting strict deadlines and maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Sales Director, manage the progression of all property sales from reservation through to legal completion.
- Monitor sales milestones, ensuring key deadlines and legal completion targets are achieved.
- Liaise with solicitors, purchasers, financial advisors and internal departments to resolve issues and minimise delays.
- Produce accurate weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management.
- Prepare high-quality Excel reports and Power Point presentations for board meetings.
- Track sales performance, exchanges and completions against business targets.
- Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and within required timescales.
- Support the wider sales team with reporting, forecasting and operational administration.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
About You
We're looking for someone who has
- Previous experience within a new homes developer in an Office Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator or similar role.
- A sound understanding of the sales journey from reservation through to legal completion.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
