A leading UK construction and regeneration business is seeking a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager to support a growing portfolio of projects across Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire. Working across residential, commercial and education schemes, you will coordinate the design process from pre‑construction through to delivery, managing consultants, reviewing technical information and ensuring designs are delivered in line with programme requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager within a main contractor environment
