My client is a large, volume housing developer seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a 4-week contract on a scheme in north Northamptonshire.
Role Details:
- Experienced ASM required for a large residential developer, managing internals and finishings on 10-12 traditional build houses, as well as H&S and site admin.
- The position is starting Tuesday, 27th May 2025.
- Requirements include SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
- Salary is £230-250 per day, based on experience.
