The company works alongside Tier 1 contractors and leading residential developers on high rise schemes across London, delivering high end bathroom pod installations on large scale residential projects.

Who We Need:
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience, at least a couple of years ideally within a Main Contractor environment, or a specialist subcontractor delivering packages into Tier 1 contractors
- Experience working on London high rise projects would be highly beneficial
- Good commercial awareness and contract knowledge
- Understanding of JCT forms of contract is ideal
