A household name in the housebuilding industry who are well known for their commitment to high quality homes, are looking to take on an Adoptions Engineer. In this role, you will coordinate and aid the adoption of development infrastructure to the relevant adopting authorities.
- Creating and maintaining the adoptions schedule, including the legacy portfolio.
- Overseeing bond overrun risks and setting strategies.
- Managing communication with all stakeholders in the adoption process for highways, drainage and utilities.
- Coordinating with the relevant adopting authorities.
- Interpreting drawings, schedules, testing, reports and surveys to ensure accurate transfer of information.
To be successful in this role, you will have an engineering or construction qualification or experience in housebuilding or infrastructure adoptions. You will have good knowledge of current building regulations, NHBC requirements, highways and drainage standards. Applicants will be organised and methodical, working efficiently to meet tight deadlines and working well as part of a team. Salary up to £68k plus package depending on experience and flexible working.
