An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Audit Senior to join a growing and well-established Chartered Accountancy firm based in Chadderton, Oldham. This role is ideal for a technically strong auditor who enjoys leading audits end-to-end, mentoring junior team members, and working on more complex and technical assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead statutory audit engagements from planning through to completion
- Manage, review, and support Audit Semi-Seniors and junior staff
- Handle complex audit areas and technical issues
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the audit process
- Ensure audit files are completed to a high technical and compliance standard
- Support Managers and Partners with audit planning and delivery
About You
- Minimum 5+ years’ audit experience within a UK accountancy practice
- ACA / ACCA qualified or finalist
- Proven experience leading audits and supervising junior staff
- Confident working with complex and technical audit areas
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
