We are a growing and forward-thinking firm based in Morden and Wanstead, with a strong and loyal client base across both private and commercial sectors. Our fee earners are specialists within their respective fields, delivering high-quality legal services and building long-term client relationships.

The Candidate

We are looking for someone with solid experience in residential conveyancing who is confident managing their own caseload and delivering excellent client service.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of all areas of Residential Conveyancing including:
  • Sales & Purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfer of Equity
  • New Builds
  • Lease Extensions
  • 1–3+ years PQE (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to manage a caseload autonomously
  • Experience dealing directly with clients across a wide range of matters
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated team player with ambition to progress
  • Professional, friendly and approachable manner
  • Interest in networking and business development
  • Key Responsibilities

    • Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload including:
    • Sales & Purchases
    • New Builds
    • Remortgages
    • Registered & Unregistered Properties
    • Help to Buy & Shared Ownership
    • Leasehold Matters
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and third parties
  • Working closely with internal departments including Private Client
  • Ensuring files are managed efficiently from instruction through to completion
  • Key Skills & Experience

    • Strong residential conveyancing law knowledge
    • Ability to manage multiple cases independently
    • Excellent attention to detail and document accuracy
    • Strong client care and communication skills
    • Problem-solving ability and commercial awareness
    • Good time management and organisational skills
    • IT proficient – experience using LEAP or similar case management systems preferred

    • Monday – Friday | 9:30am – 5:30pm
