We are looking for someone with solid experience in residential conveyancing who is confident managing their own caseload and delivering excellent client service.

- Sales & Purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfer of Equity
- New Builds
- Lease Extensions

- Help to Buy & Shared Ownership
- Leasehold Matters
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong residential conveyancing law knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently
- Excellent attention to detail and document accuracy
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and commercial awareness
- Good time management and organisational skills
- IT proficient β experience using LEAP or similar case management systems preferred
