We’re hiring a Semi Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting & tax practice. Ideal for someone with 2 or 3+ years’ practice experience looking to level up. Please note that sponsorship is not available, and the client will only consider candidates with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience within an accountancy practice.
What you’ll do:
- Bookkeeping, payroll & year-end accounts
- Work closely with Client Managers
- Support OMB clients
- Use modern accounting software, AI & automation
What we’re looking for:
- ACCA part-qualified or Accounting & Finance degree (ACCA exemptions)
- Strong practice background
- Tech-savvy, forward-thinking mindset
- Right to work in the UK
- Clear progression to Client Manager
- 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH
- Forward-thinking, AI-focused firm
- AI cognitive test (50 mins)
- Face-to-face interview if successful
