An opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre Commercial Litigation Associate (3–5 PQE) to join a Legal 500-ranked disputes boutique in Central London. The firm operates at the top end of the market, regularly acting on complex, high-value disputes and competing directly with leading US and Magic Circle firms.

Due to continued growth and an increasingly sophisticated caseload, the firm is seeking an associate to support on a broad range of commercial litigation, civil fraud, and international arbitration matters.

The Role

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Complex commercial litigation matters
  • High-value financial disputes and civil fraud cases
  • International arbitration proceedings
  • Multi-jurisdictional disputes
  • Drafting, case strategy, and managing matters through to trial
Candidate Requirements
  • 3–5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation
  • Training and experience from a Top 30 UK firm, US firm, or leading disputes boutique
  • Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 from a Russell Group or equivalent university)
  • Experience handling complex, high-value disputes
  • Exposure to civil fraud and/or international arbitration is desirable
  • Strong working knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
